Trium [pronounced TREE-um] is Latin for “of the three.” The three are vineyards in the Rogue Valley Appellation. The owners know a simple fact: great wine is made in the vineyard! That truth joined six old friends in an ambitious enterprise: to grow in their own vineyards the best grapes possible and from them to produce premium wines.
The Trium Partners: Rebecca and Randy Gold own Gold Vineyard near Talent, Oregon. Not far away, are Laura and Kurt Lotspeich of Pheasant Hill Vineyard. Nancy Tappan and Vernon Hixson own Evans Creek and Venture Vineyards near the City of Rogue River. All the Trium partners farm their vineyards using eco-friendly practices and belong to LIVE Inc. (Low Input Viticulture and Enology), a sustainable agricultural program.
