The 2005 Growers' Cuvée, crafted by winemaker Peter Rosback, is a blend of 62% Merlot, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Cabernet Franc. The wine offers layers of polished red bright cherry, subtle ripe tannins, with hints of cocoa and toasted coffee bean. The medium body and haunting flavors make it the perfect companion for lamb, pork or duck dishes.
